2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to avail our services.

3. Service Booking & Confirmation
You may request a service by submitting your details through our online form, call, or message.
Booking confirmation will be provided via phone, SMS, or email.
Service slots are subject to technician availability and location coverage.
MM AC Service Kolkata reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service requests at its discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service charges will be communicated at the time of booking or inspection.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or digital wallets (as applicable).
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as specified.
The Company reserves the right to revise pricing based on labour, spare parts, or location factors.
Payment receipts/invoices will be provided upon completion of service.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel a booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty.
Cancellation by Company: If the Company cannot fulfil the booking (e.g., technician unavailability, weather, logistics), you will be notified and offered a reschedule or full refund (if pre-paid).
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Service Warranty
All services include a limited workmanship warranty (typically 7 to 30 days, depending on service type).
Warranty covers only the work performed — not new faults, third-party damage, power fluctuations, or improper handling after service.
Any replacement parts used are covered as per the manufacturer’s warranty, not by MM AC Service Kolkata.
7. User Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during booking.
Ensure the technician has safe and reasonable access to the service location.
Not engage in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour towards staff or technicians.
